ZeroWater turns your tap water into the purest drinking water using an advanced water filtration system. The filter’s life depends on the quality and the amount of TDS (total dissolved solids) in your unfiltered water and household water consumption. That’s because water chemistry varies by source and how it’s treated locally by your town or municipality.
It is vital that you periodically test your filtered water with your water quality meter. You should replace the filter when the meter reads 006 or higher, depending on the types of contaminants. We strongly recommend that the reading shouldn’t go past that point.
You may notice a difference in taste or smell when the ZeroWater® filter has reached the end of life. We highly recommend you change your filter at this point. Check your tap water first for longer filter life to see if the TDS is higher than usual. If it is, wait for another time during the day to fill your unit.
