Product return and refund policy for non-defective products

1. The company sincerely hopes that customers will be satisfied with our products. However, in the event that you are not satisfied You can return the product within 7 days from the date you receive the product. (Based on the product receipt document) If you wish to exchange a product that is in a damaged condition. Please see details in the ZEROWATER product warranty conditions.

2. Customers can return products subject to the following conditions.

The product is not activated. The quality of the packaging, stamps, and labels are in perfect condition. Including returning product purchase confirmation documents.

The package and seal were opened. Including the product being damaged.

3. In the case that the returned product does not meet the conditions specified initially. Products that do not match the product invoice or products that are damaged The company reserves the right to return products.

Procedure for returning products and refunds

1. First step, please contact customer support via email. admin@zerowaterthailand.com Please include your name, address, product details and quantity. Includes ordering/delivery details, order number. and date of ordering

2. The company will check the information received and confirm the details of returning the product. In some cases, the company may request additional documents from the customer.

3. Please return the product together with the documentation received, including product purchase confirmation, to the address provided below.

4. The company will provide refunds for customers who return products. Within a period of 7 days from the date you receive the product only. In the case of more than 7 days, the company reserves the right to return the product from you.

5. Refund Process Processing will begin after the company has completed evaluating the products returned from you. The refund process is detailed as follows.

  • For customers who pay via credit or debit card You will receive a refund through the same channel you used to pay.
  • It takes approximately 14 business days from the date the company receives the product back.  

 

The company reserves the right to change any conditions. There is no need to notify in advance.
