Return and Refund Policy for non-defective products

1. We sincerely hope that you enjoy our products; however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products you may return the products within 7 calendar days of receiving the products. However, if you wish to make a claim for defective products, please refer to the warranty terms and conditions for ZeroWater products.

2. To be eligible for return, returning item(s) and its packages must be in the conditions according to the below guideline:

3. If the returned products do not meet the stated conditions of the return policy. The product is different than that listed in the invoice or the product has been damaged, we reserve the right to deny the returning or refunding of products.

Return and refund process

1. To initiate the return process, you are required to send an email to the customer support team at admin@zerowaterthailand.com, along with details of products comprising an order/shipment. Please include your name, address, order number, date of the order , what was purchased and the amount.

2. We will review the order and notify you to confirm the details of the return. You may be asked to provide additional documents.

3. Please return the products along with any accompanying documents received and a document confirming the fact and the terms of purchase of the products to the address provided below:

4. Within the first 7 days after receiving the products, the return is free of charge.

5. Once we have received the returned products and had performed an inspection of such products and approved the returning of products, refunds will be processed accordingly:

  • Payment made via credit or debit card will be refunded to your credit or debit account
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the product’s return to us.

 

We reserve the right to modify the mechanism and conditions for processing refunds at any time without notice, and on a case-by-case basis.
